How this website handles information.
Inquiries you choose to send
Our closing, fee-quote, scheduling, document-request and contact forms send the information you enter to West Title through Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored in our hosting account and made available to our team to respond to your request. The page confirms when a request has been received. Orders and appointments are confirmed separately by the team. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account details, wiring instructions, or other sensitive documents.
Title Snapshot and Deed Watch
Title Snapshot sends the address you enter to public county services to find its property record. Owner names are not shown in the results or sent to your browser. If you submit a request for our team to pull a record, your contact details and property address are sent directly to West Title through Netlify Forms.
When you sign up for Deed Watch, your contact details, property address, consent and a baseline of the county record are stored to provide the service. The owner name is represented by a salted hash for change detection; the name itself is not stored. West Title receives sign-up and change notifications through Netlify Forms. Use your stop link or contact our team to stop the checks. Deed Watch fine print appears beside the sign-up form.
Analytics and your choice
This website uses optional Google Analytics, which loads only after you choose to allow analytics. Tracking covers page views, refinance promotion clicks, quote and order clicks, instant-estimate clicks, Title Snapshot usage, form starts, phone clicks, and directions. Website inquiries, Deed Watch sign-ups and record requests are counted as leads only after the website receives a successful response. Opening an estimate is measured as a click. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to recognize repeat visits and measure traffic sources. Advertising personalization is disabled. Form contents are not sent to Analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Analytics is available on westtitle.netlify.app and the public West Title domain. It stays inactive until you allow it. Declining or withdrawing consent stops analytics, and withdrawing consent removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.
External services
Website fonts and office images are served by our website. Google supplies the embedded office map and receives connection information when it loads. Selecting directions opens Google Maps. Instant estimates and seller net sheets are supplied by TitleCapture; its widget receives connection information when it loads, and information you enter in it is handled by TitleCapture. When available, a Google rating and review count are retrieved by our server. Links to external websites and their services are governed by their own policies. The website hosting service may process technical request information to deliver the site.
