Tell us the transaction and we'll reply with an itemized quote: title insurance premium, closing fee, title research, and recording fees.
- Refinance bundle: $250 closing fee + $250 title research
- Lender's policy premium is calculated by loan amount
- Owner's and loan policies together usually cost less than separately

Request a CPL or letter of indemnity
Closing protection letters, letters of indemnity, and general information requests — attached to an existing file or a new one.
- CPL — closing protection letter issued to the lender for a scheduled closing
- Letter of indemnity — for a prior policy or an unreleased item on a new commitment
Wiring instructions
For your protection, we do not publish wiring instructions online, and we never send changes to wiring instructions by email.
Wire fraud is real, and it targets closings.
Criminals impersonate title companies, lenders, and agents to redirect closing funds. A wire sent to the wrong account is very hard to recover.
Before you send funds to close:
- Call West Title at 952-252-2500 — the number on this site, not one from an email — and confirm the account details with your closer by voice.
- Be suspicious of any email saying our instructions have "changed" or asking you to wire to a new account. We don't do that.
- Ask your bank to match the beneficiary name on the wire to West Title, LLC.
